The great thing is that regardless of the settings or occasions, what I love most about my job never changes: when my subjects see their images, they feel FAMOUS, BIGGER than LIFE… and doesn’t everyone deserve to feel that once in a while?
Kaylee and I were just getting into the groove of her first outfit of her Senior Session when we looked up at the sky. Pitch black. Five minutes later, the wind picked up, and within sixty seconds the bottom fell out.
That was the start to what I like to call Monsoon May 2018.
But the next week, our re-shoot day was pure perfection… she came back with her mom and BFF, and the results were magic!
The moral of this story is, that while I can’t control the weather, my promise to my clients is that I will do everything in my power to make their experience one where they feel treasured and important. Things may not always go as planned, but hey, that’s life! It is how we deal with the circumstances that we are dealt that matters.
Plus, when I get messages like the one Kaylee’s mom sent me in a review: “I could see an immediate confidence come over her that I had never seen before,” well, y’all, I can’t tell you how happy that makes me. Because for me, THAT is what it is all about!
If you want to chat a little more about the experience I try to create for my Seniors, shoot me an email at lymarie@lymariepjacksonphotography.com or click here to download my client guide.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Blessings,
