Our goal at Lymarie Portela Jackson Photography is to give our Seniors a luxury portrait experience.  Senior year is a right of passage, a life stage that should be celebrated.  In my last blog post, I talked about how we pamper our Seniors as we create their gorgeous wall art and portrait keepsakes.

The quality of our product line, the amount of time we spend together, and the perks and gifts our Seniors will get all along the way, puts the investment at a different place from a normal “shoot and burn” session, where they may also shoot for an hour and a half or two hours, but then get a download of images, and the contact is over.

We give our clients more than just beautiful portraits to remember their senior year.  We create an experience that will be one of the highlights of their final year in high school.  We invest time and resources, and dote on our Seniors so they feel important.

I am a teacher at heart, and was a coach for most of my adult life… as we are shooting, “Coach Lymarie” comes out in me, and there is a LOT I have learned about what looks good in a photograph that I try to teach my Seniors.  So I tell my them, “I will boss you around a lot, and while some things I ask you to do will feel natural, sometimes you may feel I have lost my mind. We will have fun.  Just trust me.”

Yep, we have fun, and sometimes the shoot can feel a bit like work, especially in hot or cold weather… but the results are OH SOOOO worth it.
