Sadler, Brunswick Academy’s valedictorian and multi-sport athlete, faced an untraditional senior year due to COVID-19, missing out on usual rites of passage. Despite challenges, her story embodies a historic moment, teaching appreciation for life’s fleeting “good old days.” She aspires to study biology and medicine.
In the past six months, the author embraced her daughter Cailyn’s senior year, foregoing blogging to treasure moments and photograph seniors. As Cailyn, the youngest and only daughter, nears high school graduation, the author reflects on their bond and anticipates Cailyn’s future with a mix of reluctance and hope, amidst the stress of inevitable change.
LPJ Photography introduces Team 2020 with an emotional touch, as the photographer’s daughter is among the graduating seniors. A Photo/Video Scavenger Hunt, makeup, and photoshoot sessions foster group cohesion, expressed through unique senior portraits.
Rising seniors are invited to join the experience, which promises to make their final year memorable.
As we bid farewell to the 2019 Senior class, LPJ Photography reflects fondly on their cap and gown moments, drawing inspiration from Dr. Seuss’s “Oh, the Places You’ll Go,” a favored graduation gift and guiding wisdom for future endeavors.
As a Senior Portrait Photographer, I ensure my clients are comfortable by incorporating their passions into the session with props and activities which both help to reveal their personalities and set them at ease. For more on what to expect, see my Client Guide.
Starting in 2017, I am excited to be able to offer to take care of “Design and Submit a Senior Yearbook Ad” off the “to do” list of items for my Seniors and their parents.
I will design a 1/4 page, 1/2 page, or full page ad specifically for each Senior, and submit it to their Yearbook Staff for them. All my Senior and their parents have to do is put a big check mark beside that task, and tackle the 999 other things left to be done.
