By now, all of the 2018 Seniors I get to photograph will have had their last first day of high school … which means most are mourning the summer of 2017. As a photographer, Lymarie guides seniors through fashion choices for their pictures, emphasizing individual style, color compatibility with skin tones, outfit cohesiveness for print displays, and the interplay between attire and location to create vibrant, memorable photos that reflect each client’s uniqueness.
As a Senior Photographer, Lymarie treasures building relationships during photo shoots, like the memorable one with twins Avery and Olivia Smith. Their family’s joy and gratitude left a profound impact on me, which was powerfully felt during their emotional Session Reveal night, filled with laughter and tears.
As a senior portrait photographer, June keeps me busy photographing upcoming graduates. Recently, I’ve been highlighting the historic Roanoke Rapids High School’s class of 2017. The school, a community cornerstone since 1920, is a grand, cherished building with a storied past that I deeply appreciate, especially when revisiting its halls.
The LPJ Photography 2018 Senior Team, featuring 15 talented rising seniors, convened for the first time for a brand-themed photoshoot. Students showcased personal items, received individualized gifts, and had their hair and makeup professionally done. Each student’s unique attributes and accomplishments were highlighted, from athletic achievements to academic pursuits and personal growth.
As a Senior Portrait Photographer, I aim to provide a stress-free experience for teens amidst their challenging final year, helping them relax and feel confident. Leah Proctor’s shoot exemplified the transformative power and lasting impact these sessions have, producing not only stunning photos but also cherished memories and boosted self-worth.
Starting in 2017, I am excited to be able to offer to take care of “Design and Submit a Senior Yearbook Ad” off the “to do” list of items for my Seniors and their parents.
I will design a 1/4 page, 1/2 page, or full page ad specifically for each Senior, and submit it to their Yearbook Staff for them. All my Senior and their parents have to do is put a big check mark beside that task, and tackle the 999 other things left to be done.
